- Home will be completed on time; a detailed schedule will be provided
- Weekly jobsite meetings with clients to discuss what is happening next, what is needed for selections, any changes to be done, and to go over any concerns
- Pre-closing walk through with builder
- Pre-closing walk through with warranty administrator as well as at 30 days and eleven months
